Prospect House has been designed to provide tenants with a secure working environment with a high level of information communications technology infrastructure. |

In accordance with Chesterfield Borough Council’s aim to provide accessible buildings, disability access guidelines have been considered and Prospect House has level access throughout, lift to accommodate wheelchair users, disability accessible WC on each floor and allocated disabled people’s parking close to entrance. |

Offices have pre-installed RJ45 structured cabling system, to connect your IT and telephone systems. Workspaces have patch panels allowing data networks to be fitted by occupants if required. |

Geothermal heating/cooling system |

Prospect House has a geothermal heating/cooling system. The system uses the earth as a permanent heat source which releases up to 4kw of energy for every 1kw of energy employed. |
